The cute old lady at work forced me to take one from her.

I did not want to eat it. There was no one around to give it to.

So I tossed it out the window.

I know! I am bad. But better out there than recorded here on MFP!

    Definitely empowered. I knew that if I kept it around much longer I would eat it.

    Not so cute an old lady really, if someone politely declines, why force someone? Good for you, you pleased her and proved just how strong you can be! Well done :D I picture it landing on the car parked below which turns out to belong to the old lady..........

    I've done it when I needed to save room for something better later in my cals or carbs or whatnot. it's good when you can learn to be choosy in what you eat. i think so at least.
