I have tendonitis in my upper back area which is causing me more grief when i try to do shoulders and upper back. I have decided to take it easy on those parts the next couple of weeks plus some deep tissue massage and just work my abs , some arms and lower body.

My husband thinks i should take a week off completely to let it heal. ( he is not very dedicated or motivated) The trainer i use at times says there is no reason to stop completely as long as the other things dont aggrivate my neck. I hate the thought of doing NOTHING for a week

might be worth dropping to low cardio for a week or two to help with the recovery. You need to heal and avoid further damage.

    Just adjust cals accordingly.
