300 is a lot! Break them up if you need to!

    I read an article that says people over 200lbs (like myself) burn about 3.5 calories PER jumping jack. I was doing 250-400 per day for a while and it did actually really help with weight loss. Plus it works muscles all over :)

    I'm doing the 30 day shred, and some regular weight lifting... but I'll attempt to do these as well :)

    Oh, forgot to add... The ones that hurt are the ones that count the most! :)
