IBS nausea & dizziness stopping me from working out

Just wondered if anyone has overcome this - my IBS isnt as bad as many but the regular nausea with dizzy spells just makes me feel 'out of it'. Its an intermittent problem but seems to be quite re-occurent recently. Should I ignore it and plough on?

Does eating a good dose of natural yoghurt help pre-workout?

Any tips appreciated - there is no pattern with what I'm eating, my diet is very good and general health excellent.

How large is your deficit? Not eating enough can cause this

That being said it can be caused by many other things. My second idea would be heart related (my heart rate is really high and I have the same problems as you). If you check that link out and you don't have a large deficit, I'd consider getting checked out by a doc. My bf has IBS bad and he does not have your problem.
