anyone ever had dry seitan/gluten rolls/braised gluten

I cant really find any nutritional info about this apart from what it says on the packet, and here im only guessing as its in chinese/japanese/unreadable character language
and its something like 600 calories per 100g
now, to cook it you boil it in some water (packet said soak but that didnt do anything so i boiled it)
so would it be 600 calories per dry or cooked?
and if its cooked how much water must you squeeze out before weighing it?
At times I really hate getting foreign foods but it tastes amazing!
(and before anyone buts in with "oh just google it" i did, nothing came up)
