fuller for longer - advice please?

Hey all I work 12 hour shifts and im on my feet for most of those 12 hours... so i usually get up at 4.45am, head to work then ill have lunch around 1pm & tea around 7pm.... repeat the process 3 or 4 times that week.... (thats counting on a good day when i have time for meal breaks)
Iv fallen into the habit of eating lower calorie 'naughty' stuff... so for example im enjoying the novelty of being on a diet and being able to take small sandwiches in white bread & low calorie crisps for my lunch... however im finding this isnt keeping me full for very long !
Anyone willing to share thier meal/snack ideas with me?

Off hand all I can think of is food that is higher in protein, hard boiled eggs, cheese, meat, nuts, greek yogurt. Only thing is, especially the nuts and cheese, gotta watch out for the calories.0

Agree with the protein. If you eat more protein you will notice you won't be as hungry through the day. Try chicken breast with salad, easy to prep and take to work. Also hard boiled eggs, nuts, cheese, other meats, avocado0
