Daily Calorie Allowance, TDEE & BMR Confusion

Hi,
So a little about myself… I lost the majority of my weight through a VLCD (very low calorie controlled diet – shakes / bars – meal replacement) this worked well for a while but was making me a misery and extremely energy-less and weak.
I then decided to join the gym, on average I do 2 classes a day, BodyPump, Combat, Balance, Pilates, Step, conditioning classes etc combined with my own cardio in the gym. The VLCD didn’t have enough energy to allow me to do this so I stopped, adopting a healthy eating lifestyle.
I am however concerned about my daily calorie goal as when I exercise I don’t eat back my calories but then find myself binging and over eating.
I don’t want to be the girl that ‘has all the gear and no idea’ I want to still be losing and transforming my body, but not starving myself or under eating as this causes me to binge and I know better than anyone that you put it straight back on when you have a ‘normal eating day’
I do drink 2-3 litres of water a day so fluid isn’t a problem for me. Currently I weigh 10st 11, my first goal would be 10st, with my ultimate goal being 9st 7. Currently my calorie allowance is set to 1374, although have read online that my TDEE is 2577 & my BMR is 1494.
What should my calories be a day, considering I work out hard every day (60-120mins). I am 24 years old, height 5ft 4.
I also read on here that ‘the MFP way is for you to eat back your exercise calories’ is this correct?
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You should be netting at least your BMR, so 1500 a day plus exercise calories. You are binging and overeating because your body needs more!0

Eat at your TDEE (or TDEE minus 10-15% if you want to lose weight). Net not less than your BMR.0
