I woke up this morning feeling sore and stiff from days 1 and 2 of the 30 Day Shred with no desire to do any more. Days 1 and 2 were quite horrible because I couldn't keep up with the fitness models, couldn't do more that 5 sit ups and 2 press ups, and honestly didn't feel like having my belly bounce around during the jumping jacks. Then I remembered that the only way to get rid of that belly is to do things that make it bounce and I was all for saying screw it I'm going to eat cake and be fat because its going to take so much work. But then I decided to come on here and read the forum as there are so many inspirational people, stories and advice on here. It worked! I did day 3, worked hard at it and I feel great! This place is amazing and this is everyone's victory-you all got me off my lazy butt and made me do it and I am so glad I that you're all here. Long may it continue! :happy:
