I eat "too much" protein on most days! I'm already over my goal today with just 40g of Fruit and Fibre for breakfast and a tuna steak for lunch.

No such thing, and 40g is nothing, I eat 200g+ every day.

Thanks for that! I was worried.......so why such a low goal set? Any ideas?

Has anyone tried nuts, pulses, beans and quinoa on her yet?

Uh, I'm a little disturbed by this sentence^^...:noway:

Yes, I eat all that, but I'm still having trouble getting all my protein, guess I could up the volume..
Thanks for all the info on the powder, and I'll start eating more eggs *shiver*

There are a few products you can try to up those Protein values. Jay Robb protein shakes...they offer 25g protein per scoop. Quest protein bars...25g protein and they are low carb, no sugar. If you like fish, plenty of different kinds you can try. There are a lot of different options out there for you vs. eating meat. Happy Hunting! :)
