I enjoy drinking Caffeine LemonGrass Green tea because it's smooth, soothing and the lemon grass adds a wonderful flavor. I drink it because I love tea. I don't drink tea to lose weight I drink it simply because I enjoy it. I'm sure my Mum being from England has much to do with my love of tea as well!:drinker:

I'd say anything with caffeine will stimulate, how about a healthy diet with wonderful fruits and veggies and an awesome workout, aka the natural way to boost our metabolism? :flowerforyou:

    Have a wonderful day:drinker:

I didn't know green tea was supposed to be a metabolism stimulator? I drink a cup of green tea every morning for the antioxidants. I don't know that I've noticed any metabolism boost though.

I think I read somewhere (Oxygen mag, I think) that drinking 8 cups of green tea a day will give you about an extra 50 cal burn. Although, I'd think you'd probably burn at least half that just making all that tea lol

I drink five to eight cups of Green Chai tea (Stash brand) per day. I count the green tea as part of my water consumption. I don't know that it helps me at all as I've been drinking it for a few years, and I only started to lose weight last November. I assume it can't HURT and I love the flavor. I drink it with a sweetener like splenda or steva (sp?),

    Good luck!:drinker:
