how do i spot reduce?

there's a huge spot on my couch that i want to get rid of. i've tried making it do situps, jumping jacks, planks, etc but the spot never seems to get smaller. should i cut gluten out of its diet?

    Put that fatass couch on a deficit and reduce ALL AROUND IT. kudos

    No man, just make sure to cut aspartame out of its diet. It's killing your couch, and that's why your couch can't spot reduce.

    Also don't lift anything. If you do you will only be bulkier.

    YOU CAN'T SPOT REDUCE!

    Just keep it at a deficit until it goes away on it's own. Only let one person sit on it, maybe two if it is a special occasion. Never 3!

    And log how many people sit on it every day. Don't fool yourself. You might think it is 4 people but it is probably 6 or 8. And make sure you count the pets! They add up quickly even though they are small.

    That is the fattest dalmatian I have ever seen. Aren't they usually an energetic breed? WTH happened??

    Obviously he enjoyed someone's pizza who was on a diet and ended up ordering a large, eating a slice and giving the rest to the dog... That dog needs to start power walking!

    As for the spot, you need to do flip's.. Flip that cushion!

    There is no such thing as spot reducing but you could do weights :)
