Plateau??

I been wondering if anyone has problems with staying the same weight week in week out no matter what you try to do eat less or more or what ? or exercise more & drink more water ect,,ect,, if you were ever in a plateau how did you break it?
Anyone?

    When I hit plateaus in the past, I pushed myself harder and changed my HIIT routine up. I've just been in maintenance mode for a few years now though so I haven't had to experience the plateaus in a while but that always worked for me when losing weight.
