I have been doing quite a lot on the treadmill laterly and I wondered if it was better to run/ jog in short bursts say 10 min at 10.0 or 30min at 9.0?

I was going to ask what your goal was but really the answer will almost always be do the 30 minute run rather than 10 minute. That answer applies whether you're looking to improve your speed, improve your cardiovascular abilities, or burn more calories.0
