Hi everyone!

I'm a 25y girl from London, and I just recently started my weight loss journey post knee surgery.

I gained a lot of weight after that, and I've decided that it's the time to change, to be more proactive and more motivated.

For obvious reasons, I still can't exercise because of my knee, so I have to be super careful with what I eat.

At the moment, I'm doing the Herbalife diet (I'm not a representative), it just sounded so appealing that I decided to give it a try. So I'm replacing 2 main meals with the shakes (breakfast and lunch), and I save my helathy meal for dinner, when I usually have time to cook.

It feels great joining this programme, and I hope to be an active member, so I can motivate someone and vice-versa.
