So I am not sure how to track this?

OK so I put my lifestyle as very active becuase I move frieght for my day job and is still new to my routine - its basically like getting my butt kicked in boot camp for 30 hours a week after being in a stand in one spot job. A lot of lifting and unpacking heavy boxes and pulling loaded carts and pallets. I also unload this merchandise on the floor so there is a lot of stretching and stooping. I dont know how many calories I am really burning :-(. I know I am losing since in the first 2 weeks I lost a pants size and I think I am coming close to losing another one. Any suggestions?
