What do you have your daily calorie goal set at?

Do you eat your exercise calories?

How well has this worked for you so far?

    Calories set at 1200, I come very close to this number every day. I usually eat some of exercise calories back, definitly not all of them.

    I've lost almost 20lbs so I feel like it's working. It has taken me since the middle of January to lose 20lbs, but I'm happy!
