Here I go again!

I've done this before, tracked my calories...exercised...lost a bit of weight...got super motivated...started to fit better in my clothing...etc, etc, etc. Then something goes haywire! I get too busy, I get stressed, I miss a workout for a day and then another day and then a week. Before I know it I'm back to where I started, but worse! I feel defeated and hopeless. How can I stop that from happening this time? I'm down 14 pounds and I want to keep going, but I know it's only a matter of time!!! HELP!
