The dreaded Wall

Hey,

So I have been on this journey for some years now (there maybe some possibility that I may have got a little distracted at times). Anyway...The long and short of it I definitely think I have changed my life forever, I have gone from a booze hound that would have taken a taxi round the corner to a marathon running non-smoking women. I don't think I will ever go back to my old way of life and for that I am massively proud.

However, I have hit a wall. I really want to go down another dress size but I can not get my body to change. I have changed my exercise regime, I have got myself a personal trainer, I have cut out bread, pasta, booze, and white rice, I am shoving protein down my neck like it is going out of fashion but I have hit a plateau and weirdly always do at this size. I have tried upping and downing my calories but nothing seems to work. For back ground information, I am pretty fit with a resting heart beat of 46bpm, I have 26% body fat, currently I am eating 1500 kcals a day and exercising between 60mins (high intensity and weight days) and 100min (low intesity and weight days) 6 days a week.

Please has anyone got any advise how to over come this plateau it will be gratefully received.

Thanks
