Hi Just noticed your post. I can help out with the scheduling, add me and I will get you started.
Now how did I know that this person was a BB coach- let me think,!!!
Why can't you just answer the question????0 -
If you Google "P90X Calendar", you'll find a host of schedules out there..........from the standard schedule to more hardcore ones.
I am currently doing a Beachbody Hybrid, 4 weeks of a P90X / Insanity hybrid, followed by 4 weeks of a ChaLEAN Extreme / Les Mills Combat hybrid (no, I am not a Beachbody coach.......I just like their products).
My first four weeks looks like so:
Sunday: P90X Chest & Back / Ab Ripper X
Monday: Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Tuesday: P90X Shoulders & Arms / Ab Ripper X
Wednesday: P90X Kenpo X or P90X Yoga X
Thursday: P90X Legs & Back
Friday: Insanity Pure Cardio / Cardio Abs0 -

You can always tell if somebody is a coach- for instance this person didnt answer the question but wanted to talkl privately. I looked at their profile and I was correct. I just get really wound up by coaches who are unqualified and have ulterior motives.0 -
Funny.....what about my profile told you that I am a "coach"?
I have no affiliation with Beachbody whatsoever, employee, coach or otherwise.
Sorry if sharing what I am having success with defines an "ulterior motive".0
