Hello there, My name is Priscila and I have just started using the MFP last Thursday. My first weigh in was this past Sunday, and i have not weighed my self ye, I am waiting a few more days. I am really excited about it.
I have been exercising as much as I can. The most challenging part is choosing what to eat, specially when you eat out. once you realize how much calories there is on these restaurant meals, even on salads, it really makes you wonder how are you gonna do this.
Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself. So hopefully I will be hearing from you guys.

Hi Priscila! You are gonna love it here! This site is so helpful. I'm pretty new here too and I love it!! I wasn't aware of those restaurant salad calories either. Now I stay away from them, it's just as easy to run into the market and pick up my own veggies. Now I am in control on what goes into my body, not the restaurants. Good luck girl, I'm here for ya!0

Hi Priscilla,
I too almost completely stay away from eating out- it is just much easier to know what you are eating and to make it work calorie wise. What I did that I found helpful was to look at what I was eating and anything that was higher calories (for me cheese and avocado) that didn't fill me up, I cut it from my diet for the most part. I am on 1250 and able to do it and not feel hungry through out the day.
