hemp hearts

I did all the research on hemp hearts and all around, it is definetly a super food but adding just 3 teaspoons to your breakfast is like 200 calories. is this worth it - i could have a whole other bowl of cereal for this calorie count. I dont' hear much on here about this, any words of advice - do I keep eating it or quit it and save the calories
