It was super-easy, cheap and the cheese taste great!
I found the recipe here: http://www.italianfoodforever.com/iff2008/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=679:ricottacheese&catid=68:debsblog&Itemid=67 , and used whole milk and citric acid. One liter of milk gave me 225 g ricotta, a quite decent amount, if I may say so
Now I'm off to make these crepes: http://eatingwelllivingthin.wordpress.com/2009/11/06/low-carb-crepes-a-great-alternative-to-a-whole-lotta-stuff/
