I personally find MFP's protein recommendation to be really low. A good rule of thumb is 1 gram per pound of lean body mass. So, I'm roughly 26-27% body fat, around 129 pounds. That would be approximately 95 pounds of LBM. So, I aim for that, 95 grams, as my protein intake. My goal is to always be at 80 grams or higher. before I manually set my goals to 40/30/30 for my macro ratios, MFP's protein intake for me was something like 54.0

Don't worry about it. MFP's default is really low. You can adjust your macros to fit your needs. As long as you're getting a healthy balance of other things and don't have kidney problems, I wouldn't worry0

Over? I wish. I'm mostly lucky to come within double digits of it. 151gm of protein is hard to do without blowing my calories all over the place. Though, egg whites may be the magic answer for me.0
