    Protein smoothies made with Greek yogurt, fruit, and ice

    Lance cookies (Nekot, Vanilla, Chocolate, Malt, Toast Chee) If you go to most dollar stores, these come four in a pack. There are normally six packs of cookies packaged together for $1. The calories are normally 140 calories.

    As you can see, snacking is my specialty. :o) I plan them because I know I want to snack. I just eat lighter meals. I eat about six times a day. I have read it helps with metabolism anyway. I eat the normal three and plan three snacks 150 calories or below. I eat 1500 calories a day.
