Did you stay within your nutritional goals? think so

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? enjoyed my day :smile:

What would I have done differently? track my calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/7 days of exercise

I've been slacking the past 2-3 weeks... I haven't gained any weight but I haven't been tracking my calories as closely as I should. I need to get back to the gym and start tracking calories this week. I worked out last week but since the weather was so nice I walked outside... I need to get back on the elliptical :bigsmile:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a wonderful relaxing day being catered to by my family

    What would I have done differently? perhaps a couple less of my daughters great jalapeño poppers. :ohwell:

    I "copy" and then paste into the reply box and then replace the answers with my updated ones for the day. It's very easy and a quick way to re-establish my plan for the day! :smile: Hope this site helps you. Thanks Gold K for sticking with it for all of us! :heart:

    What would I have done differently? Not given in to the afternoon muchies. big problem for me lately!

    Monday weigh in down another pound! Saw a new number on the scale! 134.4 :drinker: :drinker:

    What would I have done differently? Only eat 2 cookies not 4 :noway:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Logged my calories before snacking and stopped myself short of more eating! :happy:

    What would I have done differently? I think I liked my day... Is that okay? :embarassed:

    Did you reach yesterday's personal goals? Guess not if I didn't log calories.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Kept the "fattening" snacks to a minimum and enjoyed the ceviche', fruits and bruscheta

    What would I have done differently? Not rewarded my self last night with an over abundance of Chocolate Cranberry Rush Trail Mix :huh:

    What is today's personal goals? Take the bike trip that was cancelled yesterday due to weather, get the guest room ready, finish up in this office work, and stay in my calorie goal. (is that enough?) :noway:
