Double Chocolate Protein Bars

These are gooey, rich and generally awesome. Better than any protein bar you can buy in the store. Totally worth the effort. Portable and healthy. Makes a cookie sheet sliced into 10 equal sized bars. If they turn out too gooey or soft, reduce milk by 1/4 cup. Store refrigerated in plastic sandwich baggies after slicing. Keeps about a week.
