Yoga DVDs

OK, I'm looking for some good beginner yoga DVD / you tube links. My balance is OK, but I'm not in very good shape. Something easier but that i could progress with would be ideal. Any one out there have any good suggestions?

    If you do a search on this site for "yoga dvd" you'll find plenty of opinions. You could try your library as well

    Check your local library....

    The one in my area offers a free adult yoga class - 1x/month.
    The instructor has her own website where she posts 10minute instructional videos.

    You could also check at Academy Sports or amazon, I had Yoga for weightloss that I loved so much, it doesn't even work anymore!:) It was great she talked you through the moves and modifications, actually need to get another one! Hope this helps!:happy:
