I think I hit a plateau phase. I don't know what to do. I don't know how to fix it. I am drinking more water. Then i was like maybe I'm not eating enough so i upped that, but still eating healthy and not going over my calorie allowance for the day. Then I was only working out 1 time a day for 30 min. I was like maybe I'm not working out enough so now I' m working out 1 x in morning 1 time evening for 30 minutes. Then I was like may be i need to switch my workout. So I did that. I dunno what to do. Any suggestions

Every time I've hit a plateau I just ignored it. I kept doing what I was doing (eating within my calorie goal and exercising). And after a few weeks I'd loose the 1.5 lbs a week i would have lost over the plateau weeks in a few days. I've hit lots of plateaus along the way, but they don't change my long term average. Just keep working and having patients, you'll get through this and come out fine o n the other side.0

The last 5 pounds I switched my weight loss goal to lose 1/2 a pound a week (it upped my calories by about 150-200) and changed up my exercise. I stopped doing aerobics and started running. The weight started coming off again at a rate of between 1 and 2 pounds a week.0
