One Month Body Prep (for Women)

Found this on Pinterest - it's a "one month til the wedding" fitness plan! Thinking about trying this or 30 Day Shred for Graduation? What do you guys think, which should I do?

    I think either is a great plan. So do whatever you think you will stick to. I started Jillian's 30DS last week (had to take a few days off due to illness so I am starting fresh again tomo). I really like it because it is the same work out for 10 days each level. Its easy for me to switch on my computer in the morning and bust out a quick but intense 30 min routine before starting my day. All the fantastic results on MFP made me want to try it out so hopefully in 30 days you'll see my pics on the Success story boards! Good luck to you and I'm sure you will look great on your grad day!
