Sugar intake

I find that I'm always over my sugar allowance. I don't think of myself as someone who eats a lot of sugar but it seems to come from milk (for my coffee) and fruit. Have you found ways to stay within the sugar allowance and still keep coffee and fruit in your diet? I don't think these are the worst foods in the world but maybe I'm mistaken.

Personally I don't worry about sugars from fruits. I am over my sugar limit by breakfast due to the fruits I consume. I personally don't see a reason to watch your sugars (provided they are from healthy sources) unless you have a medical need to do so.0
