I would just set up "little" goals that are achievable more easily to keep you motivated. I lost nearly 30lbs myself, but I remember that in the beggining a loss of 30lbs seemed "so far away".
Set a loss of e. g. 10lbs as your 1st goal. I've learnt that setting 'ultimate goal weights' is just not working properly. You want to lose x lbs to weigh x lbs to be happy, & then you reach your goal & you realize that you want to lose more or you find yourself don't wanting to lose anymore weight before you reach your GW.

I'd go by size not weight but am also 5ft 2 and as a rough estimate I know I personally look best at around 126lbs but it depends on your build.

I agree go with size not weight goal. I've changed a pants size by working out, the scale hasn't changed at all. I'm still about 40lb over my goal. I just set a goal weight of my high school weight but in reality I want to be a size 8. that could be 30 lb that could be 50lbs or more. I just don't know.
