Call me on my bs.

So I'm looking for a few friends who will call me out. People who won't let me slide by with insanely inappropirate calorie counts more than once in a blue moon. I am NOT looking for advice. I am NOT looking for someone to monitor fat, carbs, protein for me. I am not looking to be reminded that having a higher calorie day sometimes jumpstarts weight loss. I am looking for someone to give me a hard time when I do awesome all week staying very near my 1360 calorie goal, and then blow it with a 2300 calorie Friday night. I'm not someone who simply won't track something because it's bad. If I go overboard it will be tracked. I thought that would keep me accountable, but apparently not.

So if you have always banged your head against the wall when you hear people whine about how they "can't lose weight" this is your chance to do something about it. Call me out. Let me know someone else knows that I'm not treating my body well. Remind me that I work too hard to sabotage myself.
