How should I drink green tea to help weight loss?

So, I heard drinking green tea everyday helps weight loss and also other healthy stuff. I was just wondering how often I should drink it and when. I heard drinking it 3 times a day 30 minutes before your main meals is good but I don't know. Some advice would be helpful! Thanks :)!
