Coming back to weight loss!

Hello! My name is claire. I lost about 10 kilos in 2010 using myfitnesspal religiously. I tried to use it to maintain my weight but it didn't work, I ended up going off it which was fine, but now I've put on 5 kilos that I want to lose again.

My problem is, I feel like I've the myfitnesspal experience was in the past and while I can go back to it for a few days, I will soon get bored of it and of course go back to the bad eating. I'm also doing my masters degree at the moment which makes things difficult, I don't have as much time to prepare healthy food, and studying is 100% my main focus.

Any advice?
