Progress and motivation

This is my first post. I'm not very new but have not been very social. The last time I seriously tried to lose weight I thought I was successful, I made it to .... here. And then I went on to gain the weight back. I am so happy with my progress but I know this is where it gets hard. This is where I basically threw in the towel last time. I am proud of myself and can't believe how fit my body is starting to look. Yet I know it will be hard from here on out because I have not made it this far in so long. I want to keep going, keep getting stronger and keep getting leaner. I know I can do it and everyone on here helps that whether they know it or not. Good Luck All, We Rock!

It sounds like we have something in common. A year ago I quit the gym, gave up and now a year later I've picked up where I started from but of course 10 lbs heavier.... IT is hard but possible!0

Yes, it does sound like we have something in common. Live and learn right. Sounds like you are doing very well, 12 pounds down is awesome! Thanks for the encouragement. Just think of what we can accomplish in the next 6 weeks leading to summer. I may not be too scared to try on those shorts. lol0
