How do you add carbs to diet

Greetings everyone! :happy:

I am noticing I am well below carb intake on a 1,200 calorie day, over on protein and sugar. Any creative ideas how to find more carbs that are low in calories?

Thank you for any thoughts. I am on day 4 of tracking my daily intake, although it is a discipline to learn, I love trying to pay attention to my health.
