Low calorie chai tea latte with almond milk :)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup "slightly sweet" chai tea concentrate (i prefer oregon chai brand, but you can also make your own!)

Shake with ice or drink hot and shake in some fresh nutmeg :)

For those watching their sugar: Oregon chai also has a sugar free chai concentrate that brings it down significantly in calories, but I like the slightly sweet.

Enjoy! It's a much better option than starbucks (SB drinks are sooooo high in sugar)

    Where do you buy that brand? Can it be found in the grocery store?

    I buy mine at Safeway/Giant (in the organic section or by the coffee and tea) but they also sell it at Trader Joes and Whole Foods. You can also buy it online :)

    Fyi some companies like "soy delicious" make an almond milk with 5g of protein. Also the coconut/almond milk blend by Almond Breeze is pretty tasty :3
