    I especially love the definition you've achieved in your belly area. Awesome. I know we can't target *where* we lose weight, but if we could, that would be it for me (and it's usually the LAST place I lose).

    Edit to add: 180 just happens to be my goal as well (SW 250, CW 232, 5'8.5" w/large frame).
