I had a baby almost a month ago and ever since I had him my carb cravings are out of control. I have PCOS and am breastfeeding which I know makes you hungier but I am plowing away 4000+ calories a day and still hungry (I've never been like this in my life) Most of those cravings are coming from carbs. I lost 10lbs after having him and gained that 10lb right back. I'm not going to limit calories too much or be super strict seeing I'm nursing but I'd like to aim to lose 1lb a week or at least not gain. I am thinking the only way I can control myself with the carbs is if I stick to a lower carb plan. I'm not going to do anything extreme but I was thinking at aiming for 100-150g or a day. Any tips or recipes would be wonderful! I need to actually feel satisfied.

Have you read up on South Beach? There's no carb counting there.... BUT I have seen folks say that approach to eating does help their PCOS.
