I know I need to eat at least a little more. My diary is saying I'm eating too little . Usually I'm hungry before my workout but I don't like to eat before because I get nauseous during but when I finish worki g out I'm not hungry anymore. Does anyone else have this problem? N how do y'all deal w it

I usually just try to have a protein shake or something with a lot of protein in it after a work out. It seems to be working for me so far.0

Lately I've prepared my dinner, eaten half, and saved the rest for post-workout consumption. I feel that having a little something in my stomach during my workouts helps me push harder. I eat the rest of my meal (even though I'm not hungry) because I don't want to neglect my muscles...they need protein.0

i had the same problem for a while when i was still trying to regulate my metabolism. its not uncommon to suppress your appetite temporarily after a workout because of all the hormones running through your body but a good recovery shake will help. if anything just force it down. it'll do your body good.0
