Obsessed.

I don't know about all of you, but I have become obsessed with dieting and exercise. It's getting out of control, but no one (not even my parents, my boyfriend, my roommate or any of my friends) have noticed. It's like...I can't stop! It's probably not healthy. It's only been 2 weeks, and I'm down 9 pounds. I just want someone to pay attention!!

  • Try reading a book called Intuitive Eating. I went a little wacko for quite a while and probably borderline eating disorderly. The book helped me deal with and rationalize my thoughts a lot which changed my actions and has made me overall a more balanced person thus far. It may not be for everyone, but its worth checking into :)

    often, the people we are with every day don't notice weight loss right away. If you are concerned, don't wait for them to notice - bring the subject up yourself. Don't let it spiral out of control
