Hey guys,

I'm trying to get back on track and I realize the only way Im going to reach my goal is to get strict with myself. But How? I just lowered my calories sooo for anyone that checks my food journal. I need some helpful advice please!

Anyone having the same problem?

    I am no expert and I only looked at your diary for today and without sounding rude or perhaps lack of total knowledge with your circumstances...I would say EAT!

    Not sure why you are only eating 545?

    You have logged for less than a week and one day you ate 900 approx. Why? Trying to sell shakeology or is it just failing you? I saw your site.
