Your intake may be much higher. Just remember you won't eat back exercise calories if you set your goals (macros) to TDEE. Keep eating protein rich foods and be sure to get enough carbs. Another site that has the calculators:.http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nutrition_guide.htm
