Just recently started here! Looking forward to tips!

You will hear a lot of different opinions but what matters is what works for you! I follow the "eat whatever, but in moderation" and also stick to In Place of a Roadmap (you can search it in the threads...they are on 3.0 now) I eat 1500-1800 calories a day, work out, and lose weight! It is mostly common sense and sometimes you have to change things up, but it is worth it!
Oh and I'd also recommend taking body measurements. Sometimes when the scale isn't moving, I'll notice I'm losing inches so it helps keep me motivated
