You are eating too little. Calculate your BMR and TDEE. Eat at LEAST net above your BMR.

OK looked at your diary. Don;t even need to look at the actual food you are eating. The answer is staring you in the face.

You are not eating enough for your body to perform all you are asking of it. It is hanging onto every bit of fuel it can.

Eat the right amount of calories, its that figure that MFP has kindly amended for you in your diary. Once you eat near this figure consistently your body will realise it is going to get more fuel and start to release the excess.

    Good luck :flowerforyou:

You can go to Scoobyworkshop.com, Fitness Frog or Fat to Fit Radio. Good luck!

You are undereating. Calculate your BMR and eat above it. Eat more healthy oils like avocado olive oil, peanut butter. Throw in more vegetables. For example when you eat the sandwich, put a couple leafs of lettuce, or tomato, or other veggies; the day that you only had chicken for dinner, you could throw in a pepper, or something; eat more milk with your cereal.

I eat all kinds of vegetables and I love my fruits... Normally I have a peanut butter and honey sandwich for lunch so I can get Some protein... Because I don't eat a lot of meat, I also eat nuts too... Unfortunately I'm not a big milk drinker However, I do take a calcium supplement as well as vitamin D where as I am vitamin D deficient
