2kg in 2 weeks for BJJ competition?

Hello!

I'm entering my first Brazilian Jiujitsu competition. The weight category for "Heavy" is 94.3kg, with a Gi (fighting pyjamas) on. My Gi weighs 2kg.

According to Boots' "calibrated regularly I swear" scales, I am coming in at 93.5kg, for a total of 95.5kg with Gi.

The comp is in two weeks, so the crux of this is that I need to lose about a kilo and a half, or two to allow a little bit of "every-scale-is-different" leeway.

So two kilos, two weeks. I train three times a week (although I haven't been logging it regularly). Is keeping my calories to about 1800 a day going to cut it, or should I go lower, or what? Any advice would be appreciated.

And the weigh-in for BJJ is just before the fight, so I can't 'cheat' and dehydrate myself or anything like that, it's got to be proper.

Thanks!
