Just joined..looking to go from 190 to 150. Eating pretty well but its the exercise that messes me up..I've asthma and become short of breath very quickly. Took a 15 minute bike ride yesterday and it felt great and I'm looking forward to eventually working up to at least 45 mins, 5 days per week. I'd love a buddy so message me if you need one, too.
