Low Sodium Flank Steak Marinade

1 1/2 cups fruit juice or wine or flat beer
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey or sugar or molasses
4 tablespoons marmalade (optional)
Or
2/3 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup canola or olive oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley

I have a 'no sodium' soy sauce. No has noticed that I changed the soy sauce. I got mine in the States, but it should b e available in the big grocery stores. Keep a look out for it.0
