30 days till vacation. What fitness routine would you do?

My vacation is less than a month away. I've been having lower back pain so my exercise has been minimal.
Its finally feeling better but I still can't do anything crazy like insanity, p90x etc. I usually do 30 day shred or other Jillian videos along with ellipitcal. I dont have any weight to lose just toning at this point.
If you were me what at home exercise or dvd would you do for the next 30 days to get bikini ready?

Do you have access to a pool? Swimming is low impact and a fantastic workout.0

not yet anyway.
I am feeling ok with doing Jillian dvds or something similiar. I just am interested to know what would be the best for toning.0 -
Can you add strength training too? Yoga? Pilates?
all options that should be doable depending on the severity of your injury.0 -
i do yoga quite often. It really helps my back.0
