Hi I'm a n00b. Exercises (knees) are a challenge.

Hi I'm here. I need to lose a tad but mostly just need to watch myself...
Reasons for needing to lose 15lbs & challenges: lipoma in corpus collosum (aka brain tumor of fat adding fat can make it grow)
Reconstructive knee surgeries (both legs) plus ACLs, titanium bolts, etc
Ehlers Danlos & Arnold Chiari malformation- I've gotta watch my spine & neck
I'd love to be toned but any exercise is a big challenge with my knees (swimming, biking, walking- still awfully big impact for me). Currently I'm attempting the first exercise in my life- Ripped in 30 with (heavy) modifications.
I'm 32, have 4 kids, homeschool, have blue streaks in my and I'm generally awesome hahaha.

Knees are a big problem for me too. I can't do a set of squats without crunching like crazy and then having the weirdest pain for up to an hour afterward. My poor butt :(. Good luck and welcome!
